I hope to draw people's attention to the research work done on Kombucha (research work which began so promisingly in the twenties, but then sank at times into oblivion) not just in order to open discussion on the subject but also to revive it afresh on a scientific basis and to support it by means of further studies.
Wouldn't it be a Godsend if some wealthy benefactor donated money for research and good PR so that Kombucha could enter the mainstream of legitimate health care?
