Hello, I’m Felix. In intensive cooperation with Günther W. Frank I made this site with its countless information about our favorite drink fit for the future.

For now, most of the content is accessible again - but there will be more changes to the page. But what will not change: kombu.de stays a free and independent information source about kombucha and other fermented foods.

It is a matter of the heart to pass on this knowledge and to encourage people to experience the fascinating processes of fermentation and benefit from the healthy ingredients. All you need is a bit of time and the information you find here.
